Terms of Service of Most Lubelski

This document is a collection of simple rules that apply in our Most Lubelski office. If you come to us at Krakowskie Przedmieście 14 or call for advice, it means you agree to these conditions. We don't want to bore anyone with legal language, so we write concretely. The point is for each party to know what to do. We promise reliable help in taxes and law, and you promise to play fair with us. These rules protect your money and our time. If something is unclear to you, just ask us over coffee during the first meeting.

We deal with what we know best: taxes, contracts, and office matters. Marek Wiśniewski and Danuta Mazur check your documents, write appeals to ZUS or the tax office, and watch over your employee matters. Remember however, that we advise, but you run your company and make ultimate decisions. We don't take responsibility if you consciously do something against our recommendations. Our work is giving you solid tools and knowledge so you can safely make money in Lublin without fear of an office audit.

At Most Lubelski, there are no hidden costs or surprises on the invoice. For each service, you pay as much as we agreed at the beginning. The first specific advice usually costs 250 PLN. If you decide on permanent cooperation, you choose one of our packages, for example, Small Business for 600 PLN monthly. You can pay by transfer or cash at our office. We issue normal VAT invoices. If for some reason you cannot pay on time, let us know earlier. We are human and can always reach an agreement, but we value punctuality as much as you value our professional approach.

For us to be able to effectively help you, you must tell us the truth. If you hide an invoice from us or don't tell us about a letter from an office, our advice may not work. You must provide documents to us on time – preferably immediately when you get them. In office matters, every day counts. If you are late with providing papers, we cannot take responsibility for the office imposing any penalty. You are responsible for ensuring the data you provide to us is true. We on our part ensure that every piece of your information is safe with us and doesn't end up in unauthorized hands.

We operate according to Polish law, which unfortunately changes often. We try to keep our finger on the pulse, but we are not responsible for errors resulting from sudden changes in regulations that take effect without warning. We possess appropriate insurance because we approach work professionally. If we change these terms, you will read the new version on this page. We don't change rules during an ongoing specific case – what we agreed on at the start of the order remains unchanged until the end. We resolve all disputes first through conversation in our office in Lublin, because that's the fastest and cheapest way.
